Privacy Policy

1. About this Policy

Effective date: August 4, 2026.

Bicycle, LLC operates the Bicycle public website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the site, why we use it, and the choices available to visitors.

2. Information We Collect

We collect limited information in two ways:

  1. Information you provide. If you contact us or request a meeting, we may receive your name, work email address, organization, message, and any other information you choose to provide.
  2. Technical information. Our hosting and security systems may record information needed to operate and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, request time, pages requested, and error or security events.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to operate and secure the site, respond to requests, schedule or prepare for conversations, maintain business records, improve the site, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information collected through this site or use it to build advertising audiences. We do not currently use Google Analytics or another visitor analytics service on this release.

4. Service Providers And External Services

We use service providers that help us host and secure the site and, where applicable, process a request you make.

If you open the meeting scheduler, the site loads a HubSpot Meetings page inside the scheduling panel. Information you enter is submitted directly to HubSpot, not to Bicycle's website application. HubSpot's privacy notice governs information collected through that service. The HubSpot frame is not requested until you choose to open the scheduler.

The site may also link to third-party websites, including LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this Policy.

5. Retention And Security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

6. Your Choices And Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements. To make a request or ask a privacy question, email privacy@bicyclebi.com.

7. Children

The site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy when the site or our practices change. We will post the revised Policy here and update its effective date.
